Floods can drive displacement and damage crops. This indicator counts the number of floods that occurred over the past 7 years in a grid cell and in those surrounding grid cells that belong to the same first level administrative unit. Due to the nature of data collection and reporting of the flood data, there may be some events that are not immediately reflected in the dataset.
